FLIP or Future Leaders In Philanthropy highlights the importance of social responsibility and is committed to the upliftment of the underprivileged. The FLIP project is a platform for rationally gifted teenagers who are trained to handle a charitable investment portfolio. If these teenagers put in the efforts in the right direction, they will surely become the future business leaders and entrepreneurs.
The FLIP project has completed three years and all these years students associated with this project have been managing their charitable funds. The FLIP project has inculcated the importance of philanthropic gift giving or charitable giving. FLIP project is supported by the Department of Education and Training. The selecting process is very stringent and only the students who qualify for the roles are selected. The eligibility criteria are mentioned on the FLIP website.

The main highlight of the FLIP project is the management of 5 million dollar virtual philanthropic investment portfolio and a charity fundraising project. Students who are actively involved in this project will learn the working of the charity trusts and also the importance of charitable giving. This experience can be used in future endeavors taken up by the student members.
